Converting eSim to Sim

Hi @MuhammadHamza1  the only way to change from an esim back to a physical sim is to call sky on 150 and ask them to send you a replacement one.

Hi Hello,

I have a problem with my Sky Mobile service.

I previously deleted my eSIM because I want to use my original physical SIM card again. Unfortunately, the physical SIM no longer works. It is not detected in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and it also does not work in my 4G router.

When I log into My Sky, I only see the option to replace my eSIM, but I want to use my physical SIM card with my existing phone number.

Could you please switch my account back to a physical SIM and send me a replacement SIM card if needed?

I would like to keep my current phone number.
