Convert eSIM back to a sim card

How do you convert your eSIM back to a SIM card?

Hi @DexterFan  even if you tap on the "order a replacement SIM card" link ? I tapped on that and it took me to my account with a link to order a replacement. If it's not working for you then call sky on 150 for help.

As per this (new device not capable with esim) you would need to order a replacement sim:

I followed the link. It doesn't actually give you an option for replacing it. It just goes to troubleshooting.
