Hi am trying to get phone on contract its asking me for 2 digits i did it it doesn't work its telling me incorrect

It isn't clear from your post what is happening so a few questions:

 

Are you a new Sky Mobile customer ?

When it asks for 2 digits is this of your account number or your payment details ?
