Bill is wrong

I paid my daughters phone off in full its the flip phone. Why am paying £33 for this months payment when I paid it off?? Surely there's some error??

How did you pay it? Did you just pay manually online in which case that will have gone as a credit on the account, not to,pay it off.

Did you do this by calling Sky ?

If not has the payment you made gone onto the account as a credit ?

When did you make this payment and when is this next bills date ?

Bill is due 10th of the month but since posting on here the bills has miraculously dissappears??
