id like to understand more about if I've paid off my phone and contact or if I still have longer. I saw an email back in 2024 saying I've paid off the sim

Hi @Kate72 a sim continues until you cancel it, it's not paid off. After 12 months you can cancel it penalty free. The message you received was probably telling you that you had reached the minimum term.
