Swap24 is a 36 month contract if this is what you are asking.

Like upgrade my contract it says 24 month not 12 month

Swap12 is a 24 month contract, what the swap bit means is after 12 months you can swap your device for another one.

Data plans are usually 12 month minimum term.

The new sky mobile sim contracts are 24 months now @Imran28  this is a very recent change, they used to be 12 month minimum term.

When called the adviser said to me it 12 month she canceled as it was 24 month how i find out
