I have tried to upgrade to sky mobile , have gone through all the steps and verifications , all set to pay........just says "processing" after agreeing to pay....and continues to ....does not do anything else no matter how long i leave it.....any ideas??

Tried it on a different device, worked straight away, figured out, it was when on my own device i would "auto fill " card details......but when i used someone else's device had to imput my card manually( coz it wasn't saved) ......bang worked

Can you try using a different browser or device to place this order, if not you will have to call Sky to get them to place it for you.
