Constant calling

I have just had yet another call, supposedly from Sky. I am inundated with calls from random mobile numbers claiming to be Sky representatives on a weekly sometimes daily basis. This time they wanted me to confirm my email and password, to someone who has just randomly called me!!! Why am I getting so many calls from Sky. And to clarify, I really wouldn’t be agreeing to anything with someone in a call centre a thousand miles away!! It disgusts me. Where is the customer service and care from Sky??!!!

Hi @RebeccaDawnx  there are a lot of scams at the minute where they say your sim is expiring or something else, they try to get your account information do they can order stuff on your account. You are doing the right thing by ignoring. Hopefully they move onto someone else soon.

edit. You could also update your sky communications preferences.

@RebeccaDawnx

With any calls from 'Sky' (especially unexpected calls) if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which I would expect a genuine Sky agent to do) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll likely be a scam call.
