Confirmation order number

Ordered a new Samsung phone on Saturday. I have no order or confirmation number. Device ment to be delivered tomorrow 3rd February but I'm not going to be in,so need to change address,but can't as I don't have a reference number.

You can't change the address. The device can only be delivered to the account address. You'll need to call Sky, cancel that order, then order again to a different address. This will involve a further credit check.

If it is being delivered tomorrow then it might be to late to call Sky to cancel it as it could already be with the courier DPD, if you are not in then it might be returned to their local depot so you might be able to arrange another delivery or it will be returned to Sky after which you would need to then contact them.

 

Have you actually been told that is coming tomorrow ?
