Confirmation email

I placed an order for a bill pay phone I paid the upfront payment and got no confirmation email, the upfront payment is still pending.

When did you place the order?

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).

I placed the order at around 6am this morning, I haven't received any emails from them as of yet.
