Complaint

Is anyone else waiting on an urgent reply from Sky mobile regarding a complaint 

what on earth has happened to this company 

No one knows what they are talking about and they have created a huge mess with my mobile account and completely messed up my billing

Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.

Yes got a laptop not working and trying to get it replaced.  Started the process on 6th April.   After speaking to multiple people and being lied to at least twice they promised to send packaging to replace.  I am still waiting 4 days later.   I guess if it doesnt come today and i am not giving much hope with bank holiday it will be Tuesday IF its been sent.  I doubt it has so I need to call again and go through all the hassle of explalning things

My experience continues as I have been promised a replacement and this will happen when I send old laptop back.  They promised to send me packaging to do this.   I have not received.  I am now chasing but despite speaking to around 10 people no one can tell me any more or help so I am in limbo.
