Complaint

I upgraded my phone recently with the offer of a free chrome book I have attempted to submit the claim to find out its now closed! Im disappointed as a loyal diamond customer this is unacceptable. Anybody have any advice on how to return my phone??

Hi @Riri80  if you are within the 31 day cooling off period then call sky on 150 to arrange the return. Outside of that and you can't return it as you are within the contract period.

These promotions are not Sky's - they are Samsung's so any VIP status isn't relevant.  There is a limited time to claim these offers direct from Samsung.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The offer with the Chromebook finished on the 2nd October although usually you can still put in a claim beyond that date so perhaps there is no more stock availble for this promotion hence is now being closed.
