Hello
Apologies for the direct contact, but I am reaching out in a final plea for assistance regarding an unresolved issue.
I initially raised a concern with your customer service team regarding a mis-sell issue that is due to cause financial loss exceeding £200, along with significant time and unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, I have since stopped receiving responses from the team and agreed call backs never occurred. Currently sat on hold with yet another advisor whilst sending this cry for help – 31.24 mins so far. Oh and now they have hung up whilst on hold.
I am happy to share the full case details, but I am requesting that someone take ownership of resolving this matter promptly. My wife and I have shared this issue on our combined social media platforms (with over 340,000 followers), where we've received overwhelming support and confirmation that this appears to be a fault on Sky’s part. Despite tagging Sky in our posts, we have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

You need to follow the official complaints procedure and having the backing of the court of social media won't influence any outcome.
