Complaint! Compensation! Can’t get to who I need!

Hi all. 

I’ve been dealing with a lady called DEBBIE a customer service senior complaints manager. She’s rung me twice to get back to me about an offer of compensation due to leaving me with no phone for 10 days whilst I have stage 4 bowel cancer and live alone! They switched me from giffgaff and instead of porting my number to an eSIM they sent it to a sim I don’t  have and there was a whole load off fafs & Fups and ridiculous excuses! -- I cannot contact her as they all refuse to send her a message or contact her or give me my offer! And when or if I do get through the phone goes dead!! Constantly!!! What do I do to get through to someone who has some idea of helping through this as DEBBIE was also sorting out my phone bill where they'd taken money without permission on the wrong day the wrong amount and no one seems to know anything about it! I’m MASSIVELY HUGELY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET AND ANNOYED and I know this is where people say forget it but I’m due my money back AND I’m due compensation why should I not claim it when I was alone for 10 days I can't walk so I couldn't go out couldn't call for support couldn't get a food delivery couldn't get help if I fell or needed assistance with any of the chemotherapy port lines so on! It's so disgusting to be treated this way I’m going to leave sky broadband television and mobile --- please help
