Collecting in store

Can i come into store and purchase an item and get the product there and then like if i went to an o2 or vodafone store if you have the stock instore

No, Sky shops are not stock distribution points.  The brands you mentioned have a different business model (and Sky is not primarily a mobile phone vendor)
