Cleared balance
I paid the remainder of my balance off in one go in October 2024. Now all of a sudden from July 2025 I apparently owe more money totalling £66. I have spoke to 2 people over the phone who said they had cleared it but clearly haven't.

Ok, we're other customers here so cannot check or clear anything...
Raise a complaint if necessary.

It does sound like you need to put in a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
