hi, my payment data doesn't what I expected. I didn't use data when I abroad. The data doesn't work at all so I want to claim back money.

Either way you'll have to call Sky for any financial recovery. (On 150)
If you were charged for data and could not use it then you may be able to claim. If you were legitimately charged for data usage, less so.
