How do I claim the earpods that were offered with the handset I purchased

You can do that here:

https://samsung-offers.claims/galaxylaunchoffer

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
