Checking out, page blank

So I decide to get a mobile phone and plan from sky. I am a long standing customer of many moons. I choose my phone, goes into the basket, likewise with my plan and insurance. But when it comes to the bit where I set up payment for the above and get the next delivery, all I get is a blank page with a blue tab and the amount Etc. Nowhere to actually pay? Help me please. Or it's virgin I shall go

Have you tried disabling all add-ons or even tried using a different web browser. If the same happens then you will have to call to get the order placed.
