Charger does not work
I received my new phone yesterday but the charger sent with it does not work

Sky doesn't supply chargers so if you haven't another one to try, or to see if the one you have works with another phone then you will have to order one yourself.

Was it a charger? Sky have not automatically sent chargers with a large number of new devices for a few years now, certainly iPhones and also Samsung if I remember correctly.
