Charged wrongly

I have been charged for another phone even though it was cancelled. 
I would like someone to look into this and a refund please. I have the new data plan, and series 9 watch and my I phone 14 plus. 
I have no extra phone but have been charged.

So did you originally place the order then change your mind and if so was the phone dispatched to you so that you had to return it ?
