Charged twice

Hey so I got charged twice on my sky bill, went on the phone and the dude said he refunded me but credit is still showing, does that mean he hasn't or it'll just take 3-5 days to show? Help please I needed that cash😭

I understand this, but it still shows as credit or is that normal? I thought if I got refunded the credit would disappear?

You haven't been refunded as such as a credit has been added to your account instead so you now have two options

 

1. Leave it and it will be used to help pay your next bill(s).

2. You can have it refunded to you are for this we can arrange some help for you via here if you want.

I called sky and they said they've refunded me and it'll take 3-5 working days, That's what the guy said on the phone call? I do want it refund as I have further bills to pay.

It should be auto refunded but this is usually a slow process so don't be surprised if it takes longer than the 3-5 working days.

Based on other posts it can be weeks so my post above still applies as they can issue the refund which at the very latest should be with you by this time next week:

 

 You can have it refunded to you are for this we can arrange some help for you via here if you want.

 

So let us know if you are happy to be contacted by Sky's messaging time via a private message on here tomorrow about this, if you are you have 48 hours to respond to them.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
