Charged twice

Hi, I logged on to sky today, and there was a message saying the bill was overdue so I have made that payment manually, then the bill has also came out this evening using the original payment method, it is showing as credit on my account but I would like this to be refunded please

When's your normal payment date?

Payments aren't processed at a weekend as banks are closed so it's very unusual if your payment has gone out this evening.
