I was checking my next phone bill and it had charged me twice for my IPhone 12 Pro Max for one month, all future bills have the single charges on it. I don't understand why I would be paying £78 rather than the £39 it usually is. Any info on this would be great

No I haven't. I'm unsure why they have taken the payment twice.

The image can't be shown as your credit agreement number hasn't been blanked out.

No sorry I'm not new to sky, I've been with them for over 3 years and the phone in question is a year old.
