Hi all,
I swapped my old phone for a new one and sent my phone back to sky (this was about a month ago?)
I've had money taken out of my account for both phones, even though I've swapped my old one for the new one? I'm really confused because I was t informed of this??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis will happen due to the phone you have returned not yet being booked into by the company that handles the returns. It should work out in the end as you might see the you will be credited back for the overpayment.
The other thing it could be is that the value Sky said thevreturned phone was worth was not enough to pay the contract off on it hence you being billed for it as anything left is added to your next bill.
