Good signal level, (4-5 bars which I take with a pinch of salt but its indicative of good)
Lots of data against SIM (>1G still available).
Get > 90% packet loss (actually its more like a handful of packets per minute)
Is it just me?
Yes tried rebooting the phone, yes it works elsewhere, and yes tried a different device 'just in case'.
Note this is on multiple days so its not just the weather some other transient event.
