Charged for a returned Phone

please could u explain why I am still getting charged for an iPhone 14 that was returned a number of weeks ago.

Hi @Sarah+w12  it takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed during which time you would still be billed. Once it's verified that everything is ok then it will drop off your account and any overpayment should be returned. Hopefully you still have your proof of delivery.

please could u check my account as you have my phone for over a month iPhone 14 and it is not showing  on my account on the app but it is still showing on my bill.

Nope as we're just other customers here with no account access.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
