I've just upgraded to the iPhone 14 and sent my old device back, but I've just been charged for both devices on my latest bill even though there was nothing to pay for my old device? Will this be reimbursed?

You should see it credit back to you on a future bill once the company that handles the returns has booked the device in so have a look to see if anything is showing on them.
