Charged 2x for the same iphone

Hi,last month swapoed for new iphone and got bill where iam charged 2x for that same iphone agreement.

Did these charges cover the same billing period ?

Did you make a manual payment ?

Were they both for your new phone ?

Bill is same price,when i swapped next bill was less the price of old iphone i returned,and now is higher.there is no exgra charge for call etc.only for same agreement number for iphone.

As it isn't clear what is happening from what you have said you will have to call Sky on 150 to ask them about this,
