I can’t call anyone and when I do it says I have an spend cap and must go on sky web site
I can't call anybody or text Iv paid my phone bill cause I thought it was because of that but I still can't call anyone and text and when I try it says I cannot connect your call cause I have an spending cap on my phone and Iv I need anymore information I should go on the website but a don't remember setting one up so please can you help me
