Changing phone number

Recently got my new iPhone. 
trying to transfer my old number. But in my account it says it transferring. 
however I haven't provided what the number is, haven't provide me pac number. 
what's going on. Want to use my new phone.

To transfer a number you need to get a PAC code from your previous (non-Sky) provider.  Have you obtained that yet?

Hi @Adaml1  your post isn't very clear, you have a new phone from sky ? You are transferring your number to that new phone ? Are you transferring from a different network or is your old sim with sky ?

I have the PAC number. But it doesn't allow me to upload it anywhere on my account.

Ok.  Just to confirm this PAC is not from Sky?

Have you activated a sky sim first @Adaml1  as you need to do that before you can use a PAC.

Yes new phone from sky. 
want to transfer my number from different provider. 
but in my account it says it is transferring. But I haven't even uploaded my PAC code

Yes, I'm on my new phone now. Can make calls and texts etc on it. Just want to change to my old number

Bear in mind @Adaml1  porting doesn't happen at weekends so as you have given Sky your PAC today it will be Monday or possibly Tuesday before the port completes.
