Hi..can anyone please tell me.....

If I increase my data allowance, is that seen as a new contract?

No. Changing your data doesn't affect your contract length.

As above, the minimum 12 month term isn't impacted by changing your 'mix'.  You can change this every month if you wish - any decrease is applied at the next cycle, but an increase is applied straightaway.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
