Still charged £25 for my old mobile when will the bill be adjusted thanks

Is this for a phone sent back as part of a Swap deal? If so you will need to wait for the device to be processed, checked for damage and it's value confirmed. This is already taking about 3 weeks but will likely take longer over the Christmas / New Year break.
