How do I change phone number but keep the same plan

Hi @Bru5  that can only be done in cases of severe harassment and with police involved. If you have had the sim more than 12 months you can order a new one on any plan at sky.com, when it arrives that will have a new number, activate it then call sky on 150 to cancel the old one.
