New phone contract not showing on account

I took a new phone contract out last year, the payment goes out of my bank account every month, but it's not showing on my account. 2 mobiles and a tablet which the contracts have ended are still showing.

Hi @The+Highway+Man  this normally happens when, for whatever reason, the new phone has been allocated to a different/new account. Call sky on 150 to locate it and get your options from sky.
