Hey all,

I've ordered a black iPhone 14 pro max, it hasn't been delivered yet (I don't have a delivery date neither), but now I changed my mind and I want a different colour. What would be the best thing to do?

Hi @Heisenborg you would need to call sky to cancel the order and place a new one, for which you will be credit checked again. Can't be done online.
