I'd asked for my address to be changed on my Sky Mobile account when I moved home in January- they haven't changed it! I can't phone due to mental health issues and seems the chat function hasn't been available for a bit so not sure what to do?
(I spotted the issue last night as it seems I'm able to upgrade my current phone)

I've got TV and Broadband too - they changed those and the details are correct - my mobile one is not - it still shows my old address.

I’ve escalated your issue to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
