Change number
Looking to see if a can change my phone number on one of my products due to being harassed by someone calling with no caller id

Hi @rebekka_96 if you have had it more then 12 months just order a new sim at Sky.com, that will come with a new number, then when that's activated call sky to cancel the old one. Less than 12 months and there would be early termination charges unless there is police involvement.

If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel your current sim.
Otherwise Sky are unlikely to change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.
