Change number

My daughters phone gets so much debt calls and texts and you just can't keep them out. All I do is block new numbers. Is there a way to change the phone number without sitting for hours in a queue?

If you / your daughter have had your current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel the current sim.

Otherwise Sky are unlikely to change it unless she's receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you/she have a police reference number.
