Change number

I would like to change my number due to ex partner calling a lot of times

If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel your current sim.

Otherwise Sky are unlikely to change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.

Hi @Linda021  if you have had the sim more than 12 months this just order a new sim/plan at Sky.com, that will come with a new number then call sky to cancel the old one. If less than 12 months there would be early termination charges. If police are involved then sky will be more sympathetic.
