The only way to do this is to cancel the sim you have and you can only do this if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more then order a new one. You will need to call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it for you.

Hi @jbabesxox  if you have had it more than 12 months simply order a new sim, that will come with a new number then call sky to cancel the old one. Less than 12 months and there would be early termination charges unless there is police involved for harassment etc.
