Change mobile number

I want to change my mobile number, I created a new e-sim but the number has stayed the same.Any hel.

Hi @PaulAyles  to get a new number you need to order a new sim/plan at Sky.com then activate it and use the physical sim or convert that to an esim. Sounds like you have just installed a replacement esim for your old number. You then need to call sky to cancel the old one. If you have had that less than 12 months then there would be early termination charges.
