I have been trying to change the address listed for my sky mobile account for ages and cannot get it changed. My phone was stolen and I am trying to order a new SIM card but my address did not get changed when I moved, only my broadband and landline address was changed. So when I order a new SIM card it's delivered to my old address.
Online tells me to phone but the automated system does not recognise what I want done and keeps trying to set me up an home move which is not what I need. Why is it so difficult to change an address??? Most places you can do this online I'm two minutes, instead of going round in circles with an automated system. Pleas help or I may have to cancel the account and set up a new one and loose all my saved data etc

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

I am also having the same issue, need to change my address otherwise I can't complete my upgrade without the phone going to the wrong house!!

I am literally just having the same problem, have moved house within the last week and have not got round to changing my address and now my phone has actually broke, I am unable to ring and just wish to look at upgrade options and pay the remainder of my contract!!
I cant ring as have no phone!

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

I'm having the exact same problem. Can't get it sorted over phone as I can't seem to get through to the right people. My household address is correct but my mobile address is an old address. Can't purchase a new phone until this is sorted. Please help!
