Change account

I have my daughter who is now over 18 and wants to take responsibility for her phone but she is on my account. I would like to remove her and for her to have her own account but she wants to keep her number is this possible

@shaz011

It's not a simple process. She can't move directly from your Sky Mobile account to her own Sky Mobile account. The only way to do this is to port her number to a different network on PAYG, then port it back to Sky.

Hi @shaz011  if you have a credit agreement for her phone then that cannot be transferred. As stated by @Daniel0210  she would need to set up her own account and order a new SIM card with a new number. You would then need to port her old number (provided she has had it more than 12 months) to a different network on PAYG then port it back to her new sim. Once the credit agreement ends for her phone she could then order one on her account and if she passes the credit checks she will then be responsible for her own account.
