Change Data plan and keep piggy bank?

Hi,

i want to change mt data plan (decrease) but have a huge amount of data saved in my piggy bank. If i move Data plan can i still use the saved data in piggy bank?

Hi @Jessixa  yes you keep your piggybank as long as you keep your account open, however data does disappear now after 12 months if not used.

And if you decrease your data plan it doesn't kick in until your next billing period.

So if I change the data plan now can the data I've saved up over the last 11 months move across to new data plan? Should I roll it over to sim now so I don't lose it?

As you're just changing the data plan on an existing sim you can move data to it as normal. This link explains changing your mix (data plan).
