Hi. I'm having the same trouble and I've only just got emergency calls only.

Is there any error?
Is the signal strength ok & that you're seeing the Sky logo at the top of the screen?
Have you resent the Sky settings to your phone via your account?
Have you checked for any mast problems in your area?
Do calls work via WiFi calling?
In the end you may need a replacement sim to be sent out.
