I keep not being able to make and receive calls unless i turn flight mode on and off again . Its happening almost every day . I am missing calls . Does anyone know why this is happening please

Is there any error?
Is the signal strength ok & that you're seeing the Sky logo at the top of the screen?
Have you resent the Sky settings to your phone via your account?
Have you checked for any mast problems in your area?
Do calls work via WiFi calling?
In the end you may need a replacement sim to be sent out.
