Does anyone know the data charge per mb for Cape Verde

It's a Rest Of The World destination so very very expensive. The cheapest solution is to get a local SIM card when you arrive or only use free Wi-Fi.

You need to make sure roaming / data are switched off before leaving the UK and switch on flight mode.

Hi @Markstev27  as mentioned by @Daniel0210  very expensive. Other customers have been caught out by not following this advice (I have visited Cape Verde). Make sure roaming and mobile data are turned off and flight mode activated BEFORE leaving the UK, waiting til you are in the air or as you land can be to late and you can quickly star wracking up charges. Once free WiFi is available just turn on WiFi whilst still in flight mode.

It was on only for a few minutes when we landed and then switched off but were charged £45 !!!

Looks like you hit your £45 spend cap @Markstev27  could have been worse as many turn that off all together !
