Cant receive calls

I cant seem to receive some calls. Its hit and miss who can and cant get through. I have iphone 14 and this issue started a month or so ago. I think not actually sure as no one can call me to tell me XD

my partner can always get through but my friend cant. Kids school cant get through, drs and who knows who else! I dont even get a message to say they have tried ir a voicemail and when I ask, im told it just rings. Causing me so many issues. 

i have called sky and got the usual promise that it will be fixed. Anyone else has this issue?

Yes it's the same rubbish sky are saying first it's a fault now they are upgrading masts they will then offer 2 GB of free internet which is pointless as most people have loads in their piggy bank they should refund cost of monthly contract this the 3rd time this year mines has been down
