Cant connect to network in spain triec all the advice but still no connection anybody help

Tried all the help on sky but still can't connect anybody help please

Hi @Dawn8  if you have made sure the spend cap isn't set to zero and tried manually searching and connecting to other networks then there probably isn't much you can do.  Sky have had an issue with customers having problems in Spain but have not posted a solution.

Thanks for your reply yes I have checked all that I was in Croatia and had no problem came back with my friend who lives in Spain and can't connect not sure what is going on now used to be able to connect for the last 3 times I have had problems will be calling them when I get back to UK just not good enough leaves me stuck at malaga airport with no phone can't use uber for taxis cause I got no phone connection and don't bring cash so have to use train and I'm normally carrying a lot of luggage so its not good
